I wrote this story in its original form about twenty years
ago. I have always been fascinated by The Chronicles of
Narnia and E Nesbits stories. I did not discover them
until much later in life. Many of the ideas in this story came from real life experiences.
Many social issues plaguing society are addressed. Fantasy for me in a literal sense has always been great way to escape this world and enter a new world of someone else's making, or in this case my making.
As an author I take the responsibility of writing very seriously, by trying to no harm or corrupt a young
mind.

I enjoyed reading Michael's book very much. My daughter and Husband
also thought the Illustrations made the story come alive. If you have any children between the age of eight to eighteen who enjoy fantasy this book is for you.

This is an Illustrated story about an Intelligent mouse who finds himself lost in a world of sorcery and magic. He finds himself without any memory as he awakens outside of an abandoned town with a castle at the center.
In fear he runs away and is taken prisoner by an evil sorcerer and is being held the sorcerer's dungeon.
He is visited by a spirit that tells him he has to return to where he woke up.
During his journey he encounters new friends and discovers his true identity.
